The Gourmet Kitchen is a company which specialises in gourmet street food. The type of food we offer at the moment is BBQ style meaty sandwiches at various markets and festivals around the country, as well as private catering. We only sell Irish Beef (28 day dry aged sirloin) and Pork. Local produce and seasonality are both very important to us.
A lot of our business is done through Irish Village Markets at various lunch time markets around Dublin. We manage these and other events with multiple stalls including one converted ambulance. Please view our current locations.
The company is owned and run by Liam Prendiville, a chef of 9 years who has worked in kitchens around Ireland and Europe before deciding to go it alone.
