We are a catering company that delivers honest and wholesome cooking to clients across Ireland, concentrating on the Leinster region primarily. We strive to showcase the best seasonal Irish ingredients available in such a way as to maintain their integrity whilst enhancing their flavour.

Our team of chefs have been operating the company for 12 years at various events and venues across Ireland. We can be found at weddings, corporate events and private functions year round.

Liam catered for our wedding of 150 guests last month and it was just brilliant. The food was exceptional, the service was fab and Liam was a pleasure to deal with. We had so many compliments from the guests on the quality and deliciousness of the food.
We had the wedding feast so had starters and mains come out on platters to share as well as a dessert table. It was really reasonably priced and given we were having a marquee wedding, eliminated the need for a catering tent or any hire of equipment. Liam brought everything with him and we just supplied him with power.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Liam and his team. We are a family fussy about our food so it was something very important to us and Liam nailed it.
Stand out choices for us we’re the breaded mushrooms, mackerel pate and the roasted lamb.
